Soak your dakos in water for a few seconds to soften it a bit. Then top it with your favourite chopped tomatoes, crumbled feta, capers, olives or anchovies & Greek oregano. Sprinkle generously Greek extra virgin olive oil on top.
Enjoy with your favourite glass of wine or ouzo with ice. Feels like a holiday!
